WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY REQUEST?

Your request will be forwarded for consideration. You will be contacted directly either via email or a phone call. Please add Inspire@elliehuynh.com  to your email contacts.
If the Ellie is able to attend your request:

• You will receive a written confirmation letter. This will include her staff’s contact information, the date and general format of the appearance, type of audience and honorarium. In addition to the letter, you will receive book ordering information and available promotional materials.

Once the visit details are finalized, you will receive a contract with a date to provide a non-refundable deposit. Ellie’s staff will offer guidance of her preferences to coordinate travel/hotel arrangements. You will receive an itemized list of equipment and set up instructions necessary to prepare for her visit. Please sign and email the contract within 5 business days.
