WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY REQUEST?

Thank you for submitting your request for Ellie’s visit.

Your request will be forwarded for immediate consideration.

You will be contacted directly either via email or a phone call within the next 5 business days with a confirmation whether she will be able to attend. Please add Inspire@elliehuynh.com to your email contacts and also check your spam folder.

• The confirmation email will include her staff’s contact information to clarify with you the date(s), time(s), general format for Ellie’s visit, and audience(s). Honorarium schedule rates will be based on your preferences, location and visit objectives.

  In addition, you will receive discounted book ordering information, professional graphic design layout guidance for your promotional materials and if requested, a link to download optional supplemental resources for your group to consider using. These benefits are included with the agreed upon contractual agreement to assist your group to better prepare for and maximize the overall audience experience gained from Ellie’s visit.

Once visit details are finalized, you will receive a contract agreement to return within 5 business days with a non-refundable deposit via Zelle (909) 363-5669 or a check to “ELLIE HUYNH” (credit card and other digital form of payments are currently unavailable). Final payment by Zelle or check is due in full on the day of the visit.

Ellie’s staff will offer guidance of her preferences to coordinate travel/hotel arrangements if needed. Your group will also receive an itemized list of equipment with room set up instructions necessary to prepare for her visit.
